Erin Wegner Brooks:

Born and raised in Maryland, Erin grew up in a musical household. Her mother, a singer and music teacher, encouraged Erin to begin singing at an early age. She received her early training in church choir but quickly developed her talents in school, honors choirs, and began acting in local community and dinner theatre productions. Erin attended Towson University where she studied classical voice with Dr. Phillip Collister and vocal jazz with Ruby "Man" Glover. While at Towson she gave classical recitals, conceived and performed her own one woman show, and was seen on the university's mainstage in plays, operas, and musical theater productions. After graduating with a degree in Music Industry and Vocal Performance, Erin moved to New York City in 2004 to continue training and begin working in her field. In the short time she has been in the city, Erin has performed Off-Broadway in A Stoop On Orchard Street, Off-Off Broadway in Come Away, Flesh Tint, Independence, in Las Vegas as a principal singer in Jubilee, toured nationally as the Vocalist for Cirque Dreams, and recorded the soundtrack for the children's video Tip Tap Top in Play Songs.
